Policy Advocacy for Cold Case Prioritization in Puerto Rico

In Puerto Rico, the challenges of addressing unresolved violent crimes, particularly cold cases, are significant. According to a report from the Puerto Rico Police Department, the island has over 6,000 cold cases involving sexual assault and other violent crimes, a number that represents a staggering burden on the justice system.
